THE HOUSE SYSTEM & STUDENT LEADERSHIP ACADEMIC YEAR 2026 – 2027
|
The student body is divided equally among four houses: Ruby (Red), Sapphire (Blue), Emerald (Green),and Diamond (Yellow). The House System is incorporated to encourage students to compete in various extra-curricular activities, inducing their enthusiasm, competitive spirit, and providing an avenue to discover their unique talents.
Through this healthy ecosystem, students build confidence, learn to overcome shyness or fear of ridicule, and above all, learn to accept both success and failure with equanimity. These essential soft skills provide a strong foundation for their future careers and personal growth.
Timeline & Point Structure: Inter-house literary, cultural, and sports competitions are held throughout the year, spanning from morning assemblies starting in June until the Annual Day. Points are calculated and tabulatedperiodically. Students winning at district, state, national, and international levels earn additional premium points fortheir houses. At the end of the academic cycle, the consolidated points declare the victorious house, which isawarded the prestigious annual Rolling Shield (Trophy).

Students wear sports T-shirts corresponding to their house color. Each house is managed by designated incharge Teachers and two student leaders (Captains & Vice Captains) managing various portfolios.
