School Management

The School Management of Carlo Cavina School functions under the dedicated guidance and leadership of the Daughters of St. Francis De Sales (DSFS). The institution is blessed with the support and vision of the Provincial Superior, the Manager, the Principal, and the School Management Committee, who work together to ensure the smooth administration and continuous growth of the school. Their collective leadership and commitment help the institution uphold its mission of providing quality education rooted in moral, spiritual, and human values.

The Provincial Superior provides spiritual guidance and overall direction to the institution, ensuring that the vision and charism of the DSFS Congregation are faithfully carried forward in every aspect of school life. The Manager oversees the administrative and developmental activities of the school, supporting the implementation of policies and the enhancement of infrastructure and facilities. The Principal, along with the dedicated teaching and non-teaching staff, plays a key role in maintaining academic excellence, discipline, and the holistic development of students.

The School Management Committee, consisting of experienced educators, parent representatives, professionals, and nominated members, actively contributes to the effective functioning and progress of the institution. Through their support, guidance, and cooperation, the school continues to create a nurturing environment where students are encouraged to grow intellectually, morally, socially, physically, and spiritually.
